Common questions

What counts as a call minute?
Total live audio minutes the AI agent is on a call — inbound or outbound. Voicemail drops, missed calls, and queueing time don't count.
What happens if we go over our minutes?
Calls keep working. Overage minutes bill at the rate listed on your plan and roll into your next invoice. No service throttling.
Can we change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of full Growth-tier access, no credit card required. Bring your own phone number or use ours.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months up front and save ~17%. Annual plans can be paid by card, ACH, or wire on invoice.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Growth. Scale plans include a white-glove onboarding engagement — typically included.
Can we self-host?
Available on the Scale plan for regulated customers. Includes private VPC deployment, customer-managed encryption keys, and dedicated infrastructure.
Who owns the call recordings?
