Opener that works
"Hi {first_name}, this is Aria from VOXOS — I caught you between meetings, so I'll be quick. Are you the right person to talk to about cutting your team's missed-call rate?"
That single line lifts answer-to-conversation conversion ~3x over "Did I catch you at a bad time?"
Objections the agent must own
- "Send me an email" → "Of course — what should I cover in it so you actually read it?"
- "Not interested" → "Totally fair. Before I go — is this a 'never' or a 'not now'?"
- "I'm in a meeting" → schedule a callback in the same breath.
Warm handoff timing
If qualification score crosses 0.7, bridge to a human inside 8 seconds. Past 12 seconds, conversion drops 40%.
